Ñ Festival: Madrid, Montevideo, Lima, Buenos Aires and Panamá

Last week I went to press conference of  Ñ Festival, the big Spanish literature even and the seventh year that is organized. "Ñ" takes places in different cities simultaneosly: Madrid (Spain), Montevideo (Uruguay), Lima (Peru), Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Panamá City (Panama) and will run from 20-21 November.

There are so many reasons to love this even. First of all, because it will be held in one of the most beautiful building of Madrid: Círculo de Bellas Artes.
"We love the Círculo de Bellas Artes because it always has a very interesting cultural agenda, but what makes it unique and really special is its rooftop, a place where we can almost touch the famous sky of Madrid".
Also, because is a celebrating Spanish written word. It's a chance to meet renowned spanish authors from Hispanoamerica and Spain. This time will be poets, novelist or journalist like Ada Salas, Juan GoytisoloRaquel Robles or Javier Moro. This edition will bring together more than 70 writers, editors and critics.

And finally because It´s a relaxed meeting between readers and writers. You can listen to a poem while sipping a drink and then up to the Hall of Columns, to a novelists meeting.

  1. While this place gets a little crowded and you might have to push through occasionally, it's hard not to mention that a definite plus in this convention center is that you'll rarely have to wait on line in their large bathrooms.
